Transdev’s UK business development strategy is directed by an Executive Committee, with responsibility for our leadership, vision and values and delivery against key performance indicators and targets.
Our Executive Committee members are:
Guillaume Chanussot
CEO, Transdev UK and Ireland
Guillame became our CEO in the UK and Ireland in 2023, and has extensive experience in this country and across multiple continents in transport, business development and auditing. Before joining us, Guillame was CEO of Manchester’s Metrolink light rail network, and served as Chief Financial Officer and Board member on multiple UK rail contracts.
Rebecca Mupita
Transdev Airport Services and CCH Aviation Logistics General Manager
With a civil service background, Rebecca joined our airport transport operation in 2010. She leads our Transdev Airport Services and CCH Aviation Logistics divisions, both based at Heathrow Airport, the busiest in Europe. Transdev Airport Services provide passenger transport solutions in this complex environment, while CCH Aviation Logistics delivers bespoke services for commercial airline operators.
Henri Rohard
Managing Director, Transdev Blazefield
Henri joined Transdev UK in 2022 and leads our North of England bus operations, based at nine sites across Yorkshire and Lancashire. Henri holds an MBA in Finance from Mexico’s internationally-renowned research university Technológico de Monterrey, and has over 20 years of international experience in public transport provision, both as a contracted service provider to other companies and in delivering commercial bus networks directly to customers. With a diverse skill set, Henri has led key projects focused on customer growth, bus network efficiency, electric bus rollouts and delivery of driverless autonomous vehicle projects.
Andrew Brown
Chief Financial Officer
Over 20 years of experience in senior roles, including 13 years at Board level, has equipped Andrew with a keen commercial focus. Andrew has a strong track record of delivering improved profitability through restructuring, acquisitions and strategic business performance turnarounds in private equity, PLC and private company environments.
Clément Bureau
Bid and Performance Director
Clément has more than 15 years of experience in public transport, mostly in business development and performance, managing change and mobilisation of contract delivery teams based on green and brownfield sites. With roles based in India, the Middle East, Canada, the United States, France and the UK, Clément has supported projects in many countries including Australia, Brazil, the Netherlands and more. His current role includes guiding Transdev to positive growth in domestic markets, while also guiding our UK bus businesses in the transition to a franchised delivery model.
