Our newest depot in York’s Rawcliffe area exemplifies this approach. We combined renewable technologies like solar panels and air-source heat pumps to achieve a 28% reduction in carbon emissions. Through detailed planning and design integration, we have successfully created this facility. Not only does it meet current needs but it’s also adaptable for future fleet electrification and operational scaling. It truly reflects our forward-looking approach to depot management.

In addition, we recently upgraded our Harrogate depot to support a fully electric fleet. The works had no impact on services. Furthermore, the project was completed on time and whithin budget. This upgrade enhances operational efficiency and promotes sustainibility for the community.
