Transdev’s Academy stands as the UK bus industry’s only joined up training and development brand. It includes four revamped training centres in Burnley, Elland, Keighley, and Harrogate, along with dedicated learning buses, coursework, and more.

In 2022, we welcomed 152 new recruits, a significant increase from 42 in 2021. By september, we also expected 50 more to join our team.

Our drivers are recognised for providing outstanding customer service. In the latest Transport Focus survey, they achieved a 93% satisfaction rating, well above the regional average of 85%.
